Changes: Urû'Baen

Urû'baen has tall spire-like buildings made of glass and stone. It would seem that they would knock over from strong winds, but are resilient against it. Most of the elven buildings were incorporated into the Imperial re-design of the city. Castle Ilirea, the domain of the King, dominates the skyline. The structure, created by elves, has been built upon by the King into his black citadel. But now since the war is over it has been given it's original name.
